چکیده
Global warming and climate change become a sensitive issue worldwide, many countries try to control the CO 2 emissions by investigating in projects. This study proposes sustainable inventory model reduce carbon emission. It is generally assumed that demand increasing at starting of an level decreasing ending for particular newly launched product. In this situation, usually represented Normal distribution or imprecise fuzzy demand. However, reality, those assumptions do not always hold. most models, it seen linearly function time before deterioration; then, decreases inversely proportional deterioration rate after deterioration. To describe possible situations more clearly, we introduce here new type demand, called as composite Most products have fixed life span maintaining quality original condition which known non-instantaneous Therefore, design deteriorating items with function. The follow exponential distribution; holding cost considered dependent. formulated based on retailer’s perspective and, thereafter, total retailer calculated. Numerical examples are provided better understanding model. results show profit higher than instantaneously items. A sensitivity analysis conducted important parameters. Finally, paper ends conclusions outlook future research.

An Inventory Model with Stock-Dependent Demand with Two Storages Capacity for Non-Instantaneous Deteriorating Items
This paper deals with two warehouse inventory model of determining the optimal replenishment policy for non-instantaneous deteriorating items partial backlogging and stock-dependent demand. In the model, shortages are allowed and the backlogging rate is variable and dependent on the waiting time for the next replenishment. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness ...
متن کاملAn Optimal Ordering Policy for Inventory Model with Non-Instantaneous Deteriorating Items and Stock-Dependent Demand
In this paper we shall discuss with the optimal ordering policy for two warehouse inventory model of non-instantaneous deteriorating items and stock-dependent demand. Here shortage is not allowed. Here the holding and deteriorating costs in both warehouses are different and assumed that the holding cost in the RW(rented warehouse) than in the OW(owned warehouse) the optimal solution are shown. ...
متن کاملDeveloping EOQ model with instantaneous deteriorating items for a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) system
This paper studies the economic-order-quantity model (EOQ) for deteriorating items in two cases (with and without shortages) to evaluate how vendor managed inventory (VMI) affects supply chain. We consider two-level supply chain (single supplier and a single retailer) with one instantaneous deteriorating item. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are provided to illustrate the effect of...
متن کاملInventory Model for Non – Instantaneous Deteriorating Items, Stock Dependent Demand, Partial Backlogging, and Inflation over a Finite Time Horizon
In the present study, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model of two-warehouse deals with non-instantaneous deteriorating items, the demand rate considered as stock dependent and model affected by inflation under the pattern of time value of money over a finite planning horizon. Shortages are allowed and partially backordered depending on the waiting time for the next replenishment. The main ob...
متن کاملInventory Model for Deteriorating Items with Quadratic Time Dependent Demand under Trade Credits
In this paper, an EOQ model is developed for a deteriorating item with quadratic time dependent demand rate under trade credit. Mathematical models are also derived under two different situations i.e. Case I; the credit period is less than the cycle time for settling the account and Case II; the credit period is greater than or equal to the cycle time for settling the account. The numerical exa...
